Appointment requests

This website is operated for Competitive Performance Group by Larry K. Sanders. When you submit a request, we collect your name, email address, optional organization, goals, selected service interests, readiness responses, preferred dates and times, and time zone.

We use these details to review your inquiry, coordinate a consultation, and maintain a record of its status. Submitting a request does not reserve an appointment. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database using ChatGPT Sites infrastructure and Cloudflare services. Access to the request dashboard is restricted to the site owner. Requests are available for up to 90 days; older records are removed when new requests are processed. Ordinary hosting security logs may also be processed by infrastructure providers.

Security and abuse prevention

The website uses encrypted connections, server-side access checks, and submission limits. A short-lived hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated requests; raw IP addresses are not stored in the appointment database. No payment or sensitive health information is requested.

Your choices

Provide only the details needed to discuss your goals. You may ask to correct or delete a request through the same contact form; include your reference and the email address used for the original request. We may verify your identity before acting on a request. Information is not sold.

Services and future integrations

Services described here are consulting, education, leadership development, and non-clinical performance coaching. No clinical diagnosis or treatment is offered through this site. GoHighLevel is not currently connected. If the way information is processed changes, this notice will be updated.
